Welcome to Mio Mondo, where the past meets modernity, and tradition comes alive in stone. We were founded at the end of 2021 with one vision: to preserve and share the beauty of historic autochthonous stone houses located along the beautiful Croatian coast.
Our Mission: Mio Mondo is dedicated to investing, maintaining and renting historic stone houses. Our mission is not only to create attractive tourist destinations, but also to preserve unique architecture that reflects the spirit of past times.

Our Offer: We currently own one autochthonous stone villa which we offer for rent. Each of our houses represents a combination of traditional design with modern comforts, providing guests with an unforgettable experience of staying in an authentic environment.
Sustainability and Respect for Heritage: We take sustainability very seriously. We maintain houses with respect for the local environment and tradition. Our goal is not only to preserve the past but also to build a bridge between the past and the future.
Future Projects: Mio Mondo plans to expand its collection at the location along the coast of Kaštel Novi.

 In cooperation with local communities, we will strive to restore even more houses, making them accessible to visitors who value authenticity.
